TuffTide Marine builds durable polyethylene boats for anglers and outdoorsmen who actually use their boats — fishing shallow water, launching from rough ramps, beaching, trailering, working around docks, and spending long days on the water.
We believe a fishing boat should be simple, capable, and built to handle real-world use without demanding constant maintenance or attention. That philosophy is behind every TuffTide we build, from our compact rotomolded TuffTide 13 to our welded HDPE 16-foot models.

TuffTide Marine is a Connecticut-based boat company focused on building durable, low-maintenance polyethylene fishing boats.
We started TuffTide with a simple idea: boats designed for fishing and everyday use shouldn’t have to be fragile, complicated, or expensive to maintain. We wanted boats that could handle shallow water, rocky shorelines, docks, trailers, saltwater and years of actual use without owners constantly worrying about them.
Today, TuffTide builds both rotomolded and welded polyethylene boats, from the compact TuffTide 13 to our 16-foot welded HDPE models.
