1. Sponsor
The Founders Launch Event (the “Event”) is sponsored by TuffTide Marine, LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Enfield, Connecticut.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning except as expressly described in Section 5 regarding bonus entries. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility
The Event is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.ls.
4. Entry Period
The Event begins on March 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter using the following methods:
Online Entry (1 Entry)
Complete and submit the official entry form at www.tufftide.com/founders.
Email Bonus (1 Additional Entry)
Opt in to receive email updates from Sponsor during entry.
Instagram Bonus (1 Additional Entry)
Follow @TuffTideMarine on Instagram and provide your Instagram username on the entry form.
Deposit Bonus (5 Entries)
Place a deposit on a TuffTide boat during the Entry Period. Each qualifying deposit receives five (5) entries.
Deposits are non-refundable and subject to Sponsor’s standard purchase terms and conditions. Deposits are not required to enter.
Limit one (1) base entry per person. Bonus entries must comply with these Official Rules.
Online entries are not considered complete until the entrant submits the official entry form and, if required, confirms their email address through the confirmation process. Entries that are incomplete, unconfirmed, inaccurate, automated, or generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) TuffTide boat (Approximate Retail Value: $6,995)
If the winner has already purchased a qualifying TuffTide boat prior to selection, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, refund the purchase price of the boat hull only (excluding motor, trailer, accessories, taxes, shipping, or other fees).

Seat and seat cushion
Not Included:
Outboard motor
Trailer
Shipping
Registration or insurance
Taxes
Optional accessories
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Delivery
The winner must take delivery of the prize at Sponsor’s facility in Enfield, Connecticut.
If the winner elects to have the boat shipped, all freight, insurance, crating, and transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon pickup or transfer to carrier.
8. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted shortly after May 15, 2026.
The drawing may be conducted live and recorded.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 as required by law.
11. Verification
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within seven (7) days.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
12. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city, state, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Event if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Event.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, or corrupted entries due to technical, electronic, network, server, computer, hardware, software, human, or other errors of any kind. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Event or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability to any entrant exceed the approximate retail value of the prize stated herein.
15. Force Majeure
Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellation of the Event due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, supply chain disruption, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. Disputes
All disputes arising under this Event shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
17. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.tufftide.com

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Event.
